Prevent, minimize or control priority risks through planning, investment, management and workplace procedures. Prepare and periodically test emergency response plans. Where accidents or incidents do occur, take prompt corrective action, investigate root causes and take remedial action. Actively seek to prevent recurrences and disseminate experiences learned.

Performance

Set appropriate goals, objectives, targets and performance indicators for all our operations. Meet all applicable laws and regulations as a minimum.

Evaluation

Monitor, review and confirm the effectiveness of management and workplace performance against company standards, objectives, targets and applicable legal requirements. Key to this process is a system of appropriate audits and progress reports to senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement

Promote and maintain open and constructive dialogue and good working relationships with employees, suppliers, clients and other affected and interested parties, to increase knowledge and enhance mutual understanding in matters of common concern.
