Katekani Shandlale is responsible for all Masana-Mashold’s business development aspects nationally. Katekani studied Political Science at the University of Johannesburg in 2009 and began his career at Masana-Mashold in 2012. His career quickly progressed with Katekani holding numerous roles prior to his current role as the company’s Business Development Manager.

His role includes searching for advertised tenders and relevant projects, managing the bid preparation process, planning weekly tender schedules, preparation of clarification questions, arranging site briefing meetings, preparing quotations and tenders, updating and tracking all company statutory documents, arranging for tender delivery as well as general office administration.
